The wine is produced 100% from the Saperavi variety harvested in the vineyards of Lefkadia. Fermentation of wine takes place in steel, followed by aging for 9 months. 10% of the wine is aged in Caucasian oak barrels for about 6 months, which gives the wine softness, roundness and excellent balance.
