Interesting Facts
The grapes are collected from 25-year-old vines growing on Kimmeridgian soils with an admixture of clay. Wine fermentation takes place in oak at a temperature of 20 degrees. Afterwards the wine is aged in old oak for at least 2 years. Only 2000 bottles are produced per year. A voluminous wine with a “Burgundian” spirit that will go well with the most exquisite dishes of French cuisine.
