The Circumstance line (in Russian - “circumstance” or “case”) is devoted to wines from individual vineyards, the taste and aroma of which is directly dependent on all natural factors observed during the year. Such circumstances / details as the number of sundials, precipitation, wind, temperature within the framework of the aging period each year give a new result. Cabernet Franc is fermented without crests, undergoes a thorough triage, both in the vineyard and on the sorting table. Fermentation takes place in old oak barrels, pizhazh is carried out 2 times a day for a 30-day period of maceration. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the same barrels, where the wine is aged 20 months.
