Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Albariño variety, collected from specially selected areas. The average age of the vines is 15 years, the soils are mostly granite with the presence of clay deposits. The collection takes place manually in 15-kilogram boxes. The berries undergo double selection before being fermented in steel. The wine is aged on the lees with periodic batonage for 3 months.
