Interesting Facts
Authentic red wine from DO Rias Baixas, made from Galician autochthonous varieties: Pedral, Sauzon, Espadeiro. Production volume – no more than 2000 bottles per year. The vineyards are located on granite soils at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. Harvesting is done entirely by hand. The berries undergo double selection (in the vineyard and in the winery). Spontaneous alcoholic maceration takes place in old 500-liter barrels. The wine is aged in oak and steel for about 6 months.
