Another striking experiment from a young Czech winemaker, the so-called "field harvesting. The vineyards are located on loess soils and processed in accordance with an organic approach. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a short aging in acacia barrels, bottling takes place without adding sulfur, without filtering and pasting.<BR>
