Interesting Facts
This red wine is made from Zinfandel grapes. Harvested by hand when the berries have reached optimum ripeness, then sorted, destemmed and subjected to a long maceration for rich color and fresh fruit aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C in stainless steel tanks. At the end, the wine is partially aged in oak barriques for several months.
