AYA
The name AYA was chosen in honor of Cape Aya located on the coast of the southern coast of Crimea, which in translation from ancient Greek means "holy" and has been a place of power since time immemorial. The geography of the territories covers three climatic zones. The vineyards are located in the most picturesque places of the peninsula, surrounded by forests, hills, a green carpet of herbs and flowers. The most mature vineyard was planted in 2003. And Pinot Noir, which originated in 2018 in the village of Rodnoye, is still the only vineyard in Russia planted using the Burgundy technology, with a maximum planting density of 10,417 vines per hectare. Such planting cannot be found anywhere else in Russia. And without exaggeration, it is also the most expensive in the country. At the moment, the total number of varieties is 17, and the total area occupied by grapes is 116 hectares.
