Raimat
The Raimat winery boasts over a century of history and is a pioneer in the creation of the Costers del Segre DO wine production zone. In 1914, Manuel Raventós acquired a vast tract of arid land, nearly 3,000 hectares, where the ruins of a castle once stood.
The winery is the result of two unique projects: in 1918, Joan Rubio, a student of Gaudí, built the so-called "wine cathedral"; and in 1998, Domingo Triai erected the current building, seamlessly integrated into the landscape.
The winery produces high-quality wines with unique character exclusively from grapes grown in its own vineyards, with the utmost respect for the environment and traditions.
