Orion Wines

Founded in 2010, Orion Wines is the result of the incredible collaboration of three talented individuals: Alessandro Michelon, Luca Pomaro and Elena Ciurletti. Alessandro Michelon is one of Italy’s most innovative and experienced winemakers, with a deep knowledge of the various regions of Italy. He handles everything related to the most important element of Orion – wine. Together with his team of winemakers, Alessandro travels all over the Italian peninsula, observing all aspects of the winemaking process. Luca Pomaro is a 25-year veteran of the “international wine scene”, providing the marketing knowledge and skills necessary to understand the needs and tastes of international markets, with a particular focus on the Northern European and North American markets. Elena Ciurletti has been in the winemaking business for over 15 years and has a deep knowledge of the English and German markets. She also handles sales and marketing for Orion Wines in the Asian markets.
