Interesting Facts
Author's Wine Aligote Brut is a refreshing sparkling wine made from Aligote grapes grown in the vineyards of the Bakhchisaray region of Crimea. Manual harvesting ensures that only high-quality and ripe grapes get into the fermentation tanks. Traditional vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature is followed by secondary fermentation, thanks to which the base wine turns into a refreshing sparkling wine.
