Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand from 3 Grand Cru communes in the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims subregions with vines ranging in age from 20 to 60 years. The fermentation of the wine takes place in steel with selected yeast cultures under strict temperature control. The cuvée is based on the 2019 harvest. After aging for 3 years, the wine was removed from the lees in May 2023. The cuvée was released in a limited edition of 1,500 bottles and exhibits the subtlety of Chardonnay and the full-bodied body of Pinot Noir.
