This wine is part of a line of young sparkling wines produced by the Kuban-Vino winery since 2010. This line of sparkling wines is produced using an original technology patented in 2016 by the Eurasian Patent Office. The development was developed by the winery's chief winemaker, Vanda Botnar. The technology utilizes the acratophoric vinification method, which preserves the freshness and vibrant varietal characteristics of select grapes through gentle processing of the must.
