Color:
The wine is light straw colored.
Taste:
Excellent balance in taste, good balance between acidity and residual sugar. The style is restrained, not lush, with the characteristic "nervousness" of the Riesling variety. It amazes with its minerality, which gives the wine a strong character and a long aftertaste.
Aroma:
Bright, rich aroma, a range of shades from green apples and lime to lemon zest and light floral tones.
Gastronomy:
This Riesling is quite versatile in gastronomic terms and goes well with spicy cuisine and sushi.

Interesting Facts

The first and driest style of Riesling from Paul Kluver, comes from a 4.6 hectare vineyard, the age of which reaches 25 years. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, with a northern exposure. The soils are interspersed with the so-called "ferrecrete" or keras (silica, alumina and iron), "bockveld" slate and clay. Careful selection of berries, cryomaceration to give the wine a more pronounced taste and a lower level of acidity. Only gravity is used, fermentation takes place with the use of a certain type of yeast, and it is stopped when the optimal sugar level is reached.
