Interesting Facts
Chateau d'Issan is born from a union of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which are hand-picked from vineyards with a total area of 30 hectares. After picking, the berries are fermented in steel tanks for 6 days, then macerated for 3 weeks. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new.
