The name A Pèl translated from Catalan has two meanings: “without hair” - like a person on the label, or “without protection” - like this natural wine without added sulfur. Organic, biodynamic vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 m in the estate Can Mayol. The wine is aged in clay amphoras on the pulp for 6 months.
