Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from a separate vineyard in the Dourmiza area, at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, where old, 50-year-old vines of the Agiorgitiko variety are located on limestone soils. The whole process of wine fermentation takes place under strict temperature control. Exposure takes place in French oak barrels (new - 70% / old - 30%). Additional bottle aging lasts 6 months.
