Interesting Facts
The commune of Fixin is located almost at the northernmost point of the Cotes de Nuits sub-region. The vineyards are laid out on flat hills with a variation in altitude up to 80 meters above sea level. Vinification takes place over 28 days in Burgundy wooden conical vats. After, 100% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 14 to 16 months.
