Rich nose with tangible intensity and depth. The wine is restrained, harmonious and elegant. Ripe fruits, in particular peaches and apricots, white flowers and mineral-iodine tones dominate the nose of this wine.

Dishes of seafood, white fish, white meat. Aged cheeses.
Interesting Facts
Wine from the Albarino variety, collected from specially selected sites. The average age of the vines is 25 years, the soils are more granite with clay deposits. Most of the vineyards are oriented west, towards the Atlantic Ocean. The volume of production is 75,000 bottles.
