Interesting Facts
The grapes were picked early in the morning from the Paarl vineyards to keep the berries as cool as possible. Vinification, using cold fermentation, takes place at temperatures between 12°C and 14°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on the lees for a couple of months to give it fullness and body, making the taste round and balanced.
