The grapes for this magnificent Burgundy wine are harvested from the seven sites of the Chambolle-Musigny appellation - Les Athets, Les Babillères, Les Herbues, Les Nazoires, Les Bussières, Les Croix, and Les Condemenes. The vines were planted roughly between 1975 and 1980. The vineyards do not use chemical fertilizers, herbicide and insecticides. Exposure takes place for 18 months in oak barriques (10% new, the rest of the 1st and 2nd passage). Bottling takes place without filtration and fining
