Interesting Facts
The wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the estate's vineyards in Castile, at an altitude of 600-800 meters above sea level, during the first two weeks of September. After pressing, the must undergoes cold maceration and fermentation at 14-16°C (57-59°F) for three months on the yeast lees. The wine is aged in American oak barrels for four months.
