Interesting Facts
In the heart of the Grand Cru of Chablis, the Vallée des Vaudésirs site is a visual aid to the geology and history of the appellation. The steep southern slopes of the vineyard are planted with vines that are over 40 years old. The exact location of the vineyard is called "endroit des Vaudésirs" and it is the ideal place for Chardonnay vines to receive regular and optimal amounts of sunlight. Excerpt wine takes place in oak barrels and steel vats for 10 months, and the final exposure - for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
