100% Pinotage grown in the Darling region, from Bush vines. Deep crushed granite soil, vineyards are broken on the hills with a clear influence of winds blowing from the Atlantic Ocean.Most of the wine spent from 8-12 months in steel vats, and most of the old oak barrels.
