"The Chocolate Block" is a complex, deep wine with great potential for life. ¶Most of the grapes varieties Syrah, Grenache Noir and Viognier Sesno comes from the region of Swartland, famous for its unique conditions for growing vines. The arid regions of Svartland guarantee the development of a deep root system, so the grapes, and subsequently the wine, has an optimal concentration of color, aroma and tannin structure. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Franschhoek and Stellenbosch regions. For aging wine for 16 months selected French oak barrels of different ages and sizes. After maturation, the wine is filtered.
