Interesting Facts
The wine is made from two autochthonous varieties of Kefalonia, harvested from 60-year-old vines. The entire vinification process takes place in stainless steel, which allows you to demonstrate the amazing aromaticity of the moschatela and the excellent structure of the vostilidi. Bottling takes place without filtration and fining.
