One of the main wine farms, Forks and Nives Red, conquers from the first sip. A delightful color and a well-marked precipitate in the wine add charm, and the complex, elegant taste deserves the highest praise. 50% of the wine is aged for 13 months in old oak barrels. Wine is not filtered before bottling.
