Interesting Facts
The Gewürztraminer grapes are grown on the Feudo and Pressano hills at an altitude of 300-500 metres above sea level. After harvesting, they are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C to preserve fresh acidity and expressive fruitiness.
