Interesting Facts
The grapes come from the Appenheimer Eselspfad and Gau-Algesheimer Goldberg plots. The soils are white and red limestone, clay, marl and iron ore. The grapes are hand-picked in October. Soft pressing, natural fermentation and aging in both stainless steel and traditional oak barrels.
