Weinviertel is an elite vineyard zone that produces fairly dense wines with relatively low alcohol content, character and great aging potential. The terroir and climate conditions allow for the production of authentic wines with great aging potential. The grapes are hand-picked. Fermentation takes place under strict temperature control in stainless steel.
