Interesting Facts
The wine is made from a blend of Welschiersling and Sauvignon Blanc, with the addition of so-called "field harvest"—several varieties grown in a single vineyard. In this case, those vineyards are Krainer, Kogel, and Steinriegel. After pressing, the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged for three months before bottling.
