Interesting Facts
Welschriesling grapes are harvested by hand. After a long maceration, the juice is sent to oak, where spontaneous fermentation takes place using wild yeast. Extract of wine takes place in oak barrels on fine lees for 12 months, and after another 4 months on the lees in steel. Bottled wine without filtration
