The grapes are harvested from 70-year-old vines planted in different areas, with pebble, clay-limestone and sandy soils. The vineyard is located just 20 meters from the border with the Chateauneuf-du-Pape zone and is classified as Côtes du Rhône. Each variety is vinified separately. The grapes are completely destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in wooden containers with a truncated cone. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
