Interesting Facts
To produce this magnificent wine, 2 main international white varieties are used. Chardonnay is aged 3 months in steel, Sauvignon Blanc is aged 3 months in acacia barriques and then 3 months in bottle. After the final blend, the wine “rests” in bottles in the estate’s cellar for several more months before being released for sale.
