Interesting Facts
The Marcemino plots are located in Vallagarina and are influenced by the nearby Lake Garrda. The winds descending into the mountains have a beneficial effect on the grapes along with the mineral soils. During production, the wine goes through the stages of maceration, fermentation and aging on lees in steel tanks.
