Interesting Facts
The grapes for this fine wine are harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (maximum 32 degrees). The pouring of wine from the fermentation vats takes place without pumps, under the action of gravity. Exposure lasts about 18 months, 20% of the used barrels are new; the rest of the barrels were used 1-2 times before. Bottling takes place without clarification and filtration
