Interesting Facts
Muse is the second wine of Chateau la Faviere. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The harvest is collected when the berries reach optimal ripeness. The drink is vinified according to the traditional method of creating red dry wines, including 72-hour cold maceration and long fermentation for more than 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation occurs directly in the barrels, in which the wine is then aged for at least 6 months.
