Interesting Facts
Orgion wine is made from the local variety Mavrodaphne. Harvesting takes place in the first ten days of September. The winemaking process involves a long extraction period, followed by alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts, as well as malolactic fermentation. Aged for at least one year in Allier wood barrels (volume 225, 300 and 500 liters). Bottling occurs without any further processing.
