Interesting Facts
Vineyard Les Levrons is located in the north of Pouligny-Montrachet and stands on limestone soils interspersed with clay. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After delicate pressing, the juice is sent to oak barrels (25% new), where fermentation takes place using natural yeast. Like many wines of the estate, Pouligny-Montrachet Les Levrons is aged for 12-16 months in French oak barrels.
