Bitouzet-Prieur

The owner of the domain is a representative of the 5th generation of the François Bitouzet family. The farm owns 13 hectares in Volnay, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. These vineyards are a combination of the vineyards of the Bituze families in Volnay and Prieur in Meursault. The vineyards have practiced agriculture raisonnée and have not used herbicides since 1995. In the coming years they will receive an organic certificate.
