Interesting Facts
The vineyard Deidesheim Paradiesgarten “Garden of Eden” was allocated in the 50s of XXc by the previous owners thanks to its exceptional “paradise” terroir and was registered in 1971. A statue of “Eve in Paradise” was erected on the vineyard, referring to its name. Fermentation takes place in oak tonnes, with a volume of 500 liters. Further aging takes place in oak on lees for 1 year.
