Interesting Facts
This organic wine is made from the Riesling grape variety from the Oberfucha vineyard in Kremstal. Organic and biodynamic practices are followed in the vineyard and cellar, with minimal intervention in the natural process. The grapes are harvested in mid-October when they have reached optimum ripeness. The grapes are pressed in bunches after careful sorting. Fermentation takes place in a steel tank at a strictly controlled temperature, after which the wine is aged on the lees for four months and bottled in February of the following year.
