This Riesling, crafted in a very dry style, reflects the winemaker's deep understanding of the Rheinhessen terroir. The result is a wine with low residual sugar levels, yet beautiful in structure, balance, and authenticity. The grapes are picked early in the morning and immediately transported to the winery, where they are selected and whole-bunch pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is then aged on its lees for several months.
