Interesting Facts
The berries are selectively selected by hand from each vineyard and crushed, separated by ridges and cooled in a membrane press. The gravity and spin juices are separated and only gravity is used for The Lost Watch Riesling. The juice is carefully separated from the solids before being chilled in the fermentation tank and then mixed, stabilized and filtered for bottling.
