Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Riesling grapes grown in non-irrigated vineyards with decomposed granite soils at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The grapes are pressed in the winery using a pneumatic press. The must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C, which is then stopped when the ideal balance between residual sugar and acidity is reached.
