Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located in the Mâconnais, in southern Burgundy, surrounding Pouilly-Fuissé. The southern section borders Beaujolais and lies on the slopes of the mountain ridge that features the famous Rock of Solutré. Fermentation takes place in a combination of steel (80%) and oak (20%), followed by 8–9 months of aging on fine lees in the same vessels.
