Each vintage of Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc shows stunning elegance, balance and vibrant flavor. Also, the wine perfectly reflects the cool terroir of Elgin, whose vineyards are located at an altitude of 280 to 480 meters above sea level, on the unique local soils of Bokkeveld, which are shale mixed with clay and stone. To make the wine more complex, 10% Semillon is added to the blend, half of which is fermented and aged in 2500 liter oak foudres.
