Interesting Facts
This wine comes from the unique A Malos vineyard, a 21-hectare plot planted 9 years ago in Entome, in the Don Fiz area, in the center of Val do Galir. Vineyard with different soils: poor shale soil in the easternmost zone; loamy and clayey soils in the western part. The grapes here grow on terraces at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters above sea level. The grapes are collected by hand in 15 kg boxes. The berries are cold macerated in small refrigerators before fermentation. The wine is aged for 5 months on the lees in stainless steel vats, as well as in 500 liter French oak barrels.
