Interesting Facts
"Fidelia" is the name of a villa in a picturesque park, located near the winery in Spello, whose history dates back to the 16th century. To create the wine, Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes grown in the hilly Spello area are used. Each variety is vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in 228-liter French oak barrels, and malolactic fermentation also takes place here. The wine is aged in barrels on the lees for 4 months and then in bottles for at least 1 year.
