Klet Brda
Klet Brda is a cooperative of local families (about 400) founded in 1957 with over 100 employees. Here the Rules for sustainable viticulture and wine production were adopted, as natural resources not only support local business, but also ensure the prosperity of society and future generations.
Work in the vineyards is carried out in such a way as to protect the health of local residents and farmers and ensure the social and economic stability of family farms. The company contributes to the preservation of jobs in rural areas and contributes to the long-term development of the economy and tourism in the region.
Most of the cooperative's vineyards are included in the IPG (Integrated Production of Grapes) program. This means that the use of fertilizers and phytopreparations is limited, registered and controlled by law.
